These terms govern the use of the apps developed and published by Zonewave (“ZoneWave”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Licence
ZoneWave grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download, install and use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the relevant app store. No ownership rights in the app are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, rent, sublicense or distribute the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Some apps may offer paid content or features, including subscriptions. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your store account settings.
As this is digital content supplied immediately, by completing the purchase you expressly consent to its immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). This does not affect Apple's and Google's refund policies.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the apps lawfully, without attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with their operation or using them for fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
The apps, their code, design, trademarks and content are the property of Zonewave or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
5. Updates and availability
We may release updates to improve the apps, fix bugs or adapt them to technical or legal changes. Some features may require the latest version. We strive to keep the apps available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Warranties and liability
If you are a consumer, you retain all warranty rights granted by applicable law on digital content and services. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, ZoneWave shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from improper use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Additional terms for apps downloaded from the App Store
If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:
- These terms are concluded between you and Zonewave only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). ZoneWave, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- The licence is limited to use of the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- ZoneWave is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
- In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
- ZoneWave, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, ZoneWave, not Apple, will be solely responsible for its investigation, defence, settlement and discharge.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you as third-party beneficiaries.

9. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version will be published on this page and, if changes are significant, we will notify you through the app.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Cullera.
